ALEXANDER WANG FW 11/12 runway show displayed Wang returning to the use of his staple colour- black. Banal in some eyes, however, black to me could never be boring, actually it’s quite the opposite.
I like the clever use of combined angora and satin materials that were teamed with pastel and neutral tones of metallics (I’m still not over metallics either, especially pastel tones), grey, pink and a hint of burgundy.
